NPhA has partnered with YM Careers to provide our members and partners with an exciting new resource for finding and posting jobs in the pharmacy profession. The recently launched NPhA Career Center provides tools for both job seekers and employers, and can be accessed through our website or by clicking on the link below.

For employers, the NPhA Career Center provides an opportunity for companies to reach NPhA’s national network of pharmacy professionals committed to serving the underserved and promoting minorities in pharmacy. Employers can also email opportunities to job seekers and search the Career Center’s resumé bank to identify candidates. 

NPhA’s website continues to see increased traffic, and users are also spending more time searching for jobs on NPhA’s jobs board. This is a perfect opportunity to use a niche job board like the one offered by NPhA to exclusively advertise your jobs to qualified candidates. And if you’re not ready to post new openings now, you can still begin laying the groundwork for attracting top talent in the future.

For individual job seekers, the NPhA Career Center provides opportunities to search and apply to top pharmacy jobs at companies that value their credentials. Job seekers can also upload their resumés so that employers can find and contact them, with the ability to remain anonymous until they choose to release their contact information. The Career Center also provides individuals with the ability to create Job Alerts and receive emails whenever a job matching specified criteria is posted.
